Tidal Clearout provides cleaning, junk removal, and all-in-one clearout services in Greater Moncton and surrounding areas.

Services may include, but are not limited to:

- Post-renovation cleaning

- Junk removal

- Garage, basement, estate, and property clearouts

- Rental turnover cleaning

- All-in-one cleaning and removal services

Service availability may depend on location, schedule, property type, project details, and other factors.

Quotes and Pricing

Quotes are based on the information provided by the customer, including the type of service requested, property condition, amount of work required, location, access, disposal needs, and other project details.

A quote may be adjusted if the actual work required is different from the information provided, if additional services are requested, or if unexpected conditions are discovered on-site.

Tidal Clearout will communicate any major changes before proceeding whenever possible.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information about the requested service, property access, parking, special instructions, hazards, pets, restricted areas, and any items that require special care.

Customers should remove or secure valuables, fragile items, personal documents, medications, cash, jewelry, and any items they do not want cleaned, moved, removed, or handled.

Junk Removal and Clearouts

For junk removal and clearout services, customers are responsible for identifying which items are to be removed and which items are to remain.

Tidal Clearout is not responsible for items removed at the customer’s direction or items left in areas identified for removal unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Certain items may not be accepted due to safety, disposal, environmental, or legal restrictions.

Appointments and Scheduling

Appointment times are scheduled based on availability. Tidal Clearout will make reasonable efforts to arrive on time, but arrival times may be affected by weather, traffic, previous jobs, disposal delays, or circumstances beyond our control.

If a customer needs to cancel or reschedule, we ask that they contact us as soon as possible.

Payments

Payment terms will be communicated before or at the time of service.

Payment may be required upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Late or unpaid invoices may result in paused service, additional follow-up, or collection action where applicable.

Calls, Text Messages, and Emails

By submitting a form, requesting a quote, booking a service, or otherwise providing your contact information, you agree that Tidal Clearout may contact you by phone, text message, or email regarding your request, booking, appointment reminders, service updates, customer support, follow-ups, and review requests.
